We ship through the United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS. We ship our packages priority mail unless a better price can be obtained through parcel post or ground shipping. We have found that residential shipping through FedEx is comparable to UPS ground with a faster delivery time.
Prefer not to mess with with shopping cart system? No problem. Just send us a list of the items you want (remember to include quantity and color option if there is one) along with the paypal address you would like to receive an invoice. We will send you an invoice with the shipping charges to that account.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally through the USPS. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER SHIPPING. Shipping must be PAID IN FULL before your order will ship.

HOW LONG UNTIL YOUR ORDER SHIPS?
We are committed to getting our customers orders out the door as quickly as possible. Most orders ship out within 7-14 days of receipt. Orders which are large or include custom-made products will take longer to process. If your order is urgent please email us at ridgechinchillas@hotmail.com or add a note during check out so that we can be sure to choose an expidited shipping option.
CORRECT ADDRESS We ship packages to the address associated with your paypal account. Please verify that your address is up to date and accurate before you place your order. We are not liable for packages sent to outdated paypal addresses.
